Evening and Part-Time

PART TIME CLASSES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 STUDENTS REGISTERED TO RUN. THEREFORE, ANY CLASS THAT DOES NOT HAVE 10 STUDENTS ENROLLED ON START DATE WILL BE CANCELLED.

FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE FOR SELECT PART TIME CLASSES TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL 304-348-6195.

Part-Time Class Refunds: Students enrolling in any part-time class will pay a non-refundable $30 entrance exam fee no later than the day of entrance (TABE) testing.

Students enrolled and accepted into courses of less than 412 hours must pay a non-refundable deposit before class sessions begin. This deposit will be applied to the class registration fee, criminal background check, drug screen and textbook after enrollment.
1. Application, entrance exam, registration fees, textbooks and background checks/drug screens are nonrefundable items.
2. Items charged to the student's account at the student's request, aside from charges for course tuition and lab fees, are non-refundable: books*, equipment, test and certification fees, uniform rental, supplies and electronic devices.
3. Tuition and lab fees will be reimbursed as follows: Prior to classes beginning 100%; Up to the second scheduled class 50%; No refunds thereafter. Registration and Books are non-refundable. No refund will be issued to students who drop or withdraw after the first week of class.

Registration Fee/Deposit not covered by Financial Aid.
